1. What is the delivery time for orders?
Delivery to Canada takes 7 to 9 business days. Order processing time is 2 to 3 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Yes! You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, as long as it is unused and in perfect condition. To start the process, contact our support team at snugbaby.shop@gmail.com.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email. Simply enter this code on the designated tracking website to check the delivery status.
4-Does SnugBaby offer a product warranty?
Yes! If your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer a full refund or replacement. Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
5. What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we accept PayPal only for secure and fast transactions.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
